Supply Planner – End-to-End Supply Planning

About the role

You will drive end-to-end supply planning for a global business by optimizing production schedules, balancing supply and demand, and overseeing order fulfillment. The role involves leveraging market and production insights while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end supply planning activities for a medium‑size business scope, ensuring accurate outputs and timely updates.
• Optimize production schedules, prioritize customer orders, and coordinate supply activities through stakeholder engagement and planning systems.
• Analyze operational inefficiencies, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, and develop constrained allocation plans.
• Oversee the supply planning process from customer request through order confirmation, using market trends, production performance, and supplier inputs.
• Lead implementation of new planning concepts, systems, and lean processes while managing budgets, schedules, and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 1 year with a Master’s degree in supply planning or supply chain management.
• Experience with supply chain processes such as production planning & scheduling, capacity planning, materials and inventory management, and purchase order management.
• Strong analytical and business skills with financial acumen.
