Supervisor de Operaciones Logísticas y Almacén – Exportaciones

About the role

The Logistics and Warehouse Operations Supervisor will lead daily warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, inventory control, order preparation, dispatch, and distribution of goods. The role also coordinates national and international shipments while maintaining high service levels for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations according to established procedures and standards.
• Plan, assign, and monitor the work of operational staff, fostering productivity and teamwork.
• Oversee receipt, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and distribution processes, meeting timing and service targets.
• Coordinate national and international shipments, communicating with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Validate logistics and international trade documentation to ensure legal and commercial compliance.
• Manage inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations, and authorized adjustments, guaranteeing physical and record accuracy.
• Ensure all logistics transactions are correctly recorded in SAP and verify monthly closures, inventory, cost, and administrative reconciliations.
• Review supplier invoices, handle claims, and assess supplier performance using key indicators.
• Prepare and present performance metrics on inventory, dispatches, productivity, logistics costs, delivery compliance, and supplier performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for warehouse and logistics processes.
• Act as backup for the Warehouse and Logistics Manager during absences.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, participating in audits, training, and improvement actions.

Required profile

• Technical Higher Education or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Customs, Industrial Engineering, Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for logistics operations.
