About the role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the technical and maintenance operations of a leading water‑cycle management company. The role involves coordinating field technicians, ensuring project delivery, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the technical area.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of field technicians.
• Develop maintenance schedules and project execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
• Prepare management reports and operational follow‑up documents.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to guarantee service satisfaction.
• Oversee electrical maintenance activities.
• Track projects related to hydraulic systems and specialized equipment.
• Allocate resources needed to meet operational objectives.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics or related field.
• Training related to electrical maintenance, hydraulic systems or industrial automation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles such as Operations Supervisor, General Coordinator or Senior Technical Team Leader.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and coordinating technical teams.
• Experience creating work schedules, operational reports and managing client relationships.
• Own vehicle, availability for onsite work and flexible scheduling.
