About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, continuous‑improvement‑oriented professional to supervise and coordinate the operations of our warehouse. The role involves leading the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and collaborating with other areas to enhance logistical processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of warehouse assistants, supervising and occasionally performing tasks.
• Manage the storage process, ensuring accurate system registration for warehouse operations.
• Prepare and present warehouse KPI reports for the assigned location.
• Report discrepancies or inconsistencies related to the receipt of spare parts and accessories.
• Follow the organization’s best‑practice storage guidelines and use personal protective equipment.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned to achieve team objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Diploma or certifications in warehousing, process control, or inventory management (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse supervisory position.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using inventory management systems.
