Supervisor, Customer Onboarding (Multi‑Country Area)

About the role

The Supervisor, Customer Onboarding for our Multi‑Country Area (MCA) organization ensures customers integrate seamlessly with TD SYNNEX and quickly achieve their desired results. The role will grow the onboarding team, monitor processes, prioritize accounts and develop colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Process creation and improvement: design streamlined onboarding processes, measure success and identify improvement areas.
• Project management: keep the team on track, ensure deliverables are on time and exceed client expectations.
• Customer evangelist: build relationships with clients and act as the TD SYNNEX expert during initial onboarding interactions.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: liaise with product, development, business development and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Training: lead trainings, Q&A sessions and help customers and colleagues optimize data usage.
• Additional duties: perform other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience and 1‑3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).
• Strong data‑entry and advanced computer‑system proficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate in additional regional languages.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure and maintain confidentiality.
