Staffing Solution Architect (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Solution Architect to lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation. This remote position bridges technical expertise with client needs, ensuring the right engineers are matched to each project.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to identify the best engineers for each role.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Work across multiple tech stacks, including web (frontend & backend), mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates on various technologies.
• Collaborate with sales to accelerate resource delivery while ensuring feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
