About the role
The Sourcing Intern will support the efficient organization, tracking, and management of fabric samples, trims, and color standards throughout each season, ensuring materials are readily available for product development.
Key responsibilities
- Inventory, classification, and filing of fabric hangers and samples.
- Maintain and update the fabric database in Excel.
- Organize physical samples in the library or showroom.
- Classify, organize, and weed out color standards and trims.
- Prepare basic inventory reports and assist the product team with garment inventory.
- Support preparation of samples for DHL shipment.
Required profile
- Technical or university studies in Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, Fashion Design or Textile Technology.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Self‑management, accountability and resilience.
- Effective and assertive communication.
- Detail‑oriented and organized.
- Teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proactive, adaptable and quick learner.
