About the role

We are reinventing community engagement and social media management software with AI at its core. The role focuses on building the platform that enables AI agents to own end‑to‑end workflows, delivering enterprise‑grade performance with startup speed.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve the system that lets AI agents execute whole workflows autonomously.
• Direct and enhance a fleet of AI agents, delegating work in parallel, quality‑checking outputs, and fixing underlying capabilities.
• Ship enterprise‑grade, AI‑powered features in a rapid closed loop with product leadership, from spec to production release.
• Create reusable rules, context, and skills that multiply the productivity of the entire engineering team.
• Lead a senior engineering team, scoping work, reviewing designs and pull requests, and enforcing a high quality bar before merges.

Required profile

• Senior‑level software engineer with a track record of delivering complex, high‑impact systems.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor senior engineers.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to ship reliable, enterprise‑scale features quickly.
