Social Media Manager

About the role

Degusta, Panama's leading gastronomy platform, is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence. You will turn Degusta’s social channels into a constant source of discovery, interaction, and growth for food lovers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute Degusta’s social media strategy.
• Create and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with culinary, lifestyle and digital culture trends.
• Develop concepts for reels, carousels, stories and special campaigns.
• Coordinate and participate in content creation at restaurants, events and gastronomic experiences.
• Produce, record and edit audiovisual content for social platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, brand partnerships and restaurant activations.
• Manage influencer and creator collaborations when needed.
• Write engaging copy that matches Degusta’s tone of voice.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social channels.
• Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics such as reach, views and engagement.

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
