Shipment Tracking & Customer Support Specialist – Night/Weekend

About the role

We are seeking a Shipment Tracking & Customer Support Specialist to work night and weekend shifts, ensuring freight moves smoothly and customers stay informed. In this fast‑paced position you will monitor shipments, communicate updates, and resolve issues before they impact delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Enter shipment details into the logistics system accurately and quickly.
• Conduct regular check‑in calls with drivers to confirm pickup and delivery progress.
• Communicate updates to internal teams and document all correspondence.
• Track shipments across platforms, anticipate delays, and inform customers promptly.
• Ensure all shipment paperwork is completed and filed properly.
• Partner with Sales and Dispatch teams to provide solutions and resolve challenges.
• Maintain a consistent outbound call volume of approximately 100 calls per shift.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in logistics, dispatch, call centre, customer service or data entry.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Resilient, proactive and customer‑focused mindset.
• Team player with a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Drive.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
