About the role

We are looking for a Senior Workday Analyst (Payroll) to lead the design and implementation of automated workflows that streamline payroll and related processes. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team of top‑tier technology professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and integrations that optimize business operations.
• Build reliable data extraction and synchronization pipelines between various databases and applications.
• Write clean, efficient Python scripts to support complex automation requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing integration flows to ensure continuous reliability and performance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify manual bottlenecks and deliver scalable automated solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in process automation, systems integration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise with integration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation scripting.
• Solid hands‑on experience with SQL for data extraction and querying relational databases.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
