Senior Software Engineer – AI-DNA

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to help us build an AI‑first enterprise B2B product. In this role you will create the core "harness" that lets AI agents work autonomously while ensuring the output meets enterprise‑grade standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build the “harness” – tools, context, rules and closed‑loop verification that enable AI agents to perform whole units of work autonomously.
• Orchestrate multiple AI agents in parallel across the UI, API/GraphQL layer, backend services and containerised components.
• Deliver end‑to‑end enterprise‑grade features, own the full specification and ensure zero regressions.
• Mentor junior engineers and share the harness so the whole team becomes more productive.
• Maintain high product quality through clean pull‑request reviews and rigorous testing.

Required profile

• Senior‑level full‑stack engineer with experience on large enterprise B2B products.
• Proactive mindset; owns outcomes from design through release without relying on hand‑offs.
• Comfortable working at the frontier of AI‑driven development and continuously evaluating new tools.
