Senior Scala Developer – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Scala Developer to join its global, fully‑remote development team. You will work on diverse projects for leading tech companies and innovative startups, collaborating with multicultural teams distributed worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create automated tests for code artifacts.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines to build, test, and deploy applications.
• Contribute actively to design and technology discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on Scala development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with data loading and data‑quality processes is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
