Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to act as the right‑hand of the General Management in the comprehensive management of our real‑estate developments. This role is not a construction site manager; it represents the developer and coordinates all project fronts.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the developer and coordinate architecture, design, engineering, permits, construction, procurement, purchases, suppliers, budget, schedule and deliverables.
• Lead procurement processes, including supplier search, evaluation, negotiation and coordination of products managed directly by áurea.
• Maintain perfectly structured documentation and files, controlling multiple fronts simultaneously.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with architects, consultants, suppliers, contractors and other project actors.
• Use project‑management tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Procore to anticipate problems and drive issues from identification to resolution.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with autonomy, sound judgment and strong execution capability.
• Exceptional organization and follow‑up skills, able to keep a global view while controlling details.
• Experience in real‑estate development, architecture, engineering or construction is highly valued.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with Procore.
