Senior HRIS Analyst

About the role

Quest Software is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the administration, improvement, and evolution of its global HR technology stack. Based in Panama, you will work with core systems such as Dayforce, iCIMS, and Lattice to ensure reliable, data‑driven people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure core HR systems (Dayforce, iCIMS, Lattice), managing security roles, workflows, and integrations.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, validation, and cleanup activities.
• Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Serve as escalation point for system issues, coordinating with vendors and internal IT for root‑cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Lead or support HR technology projects, including module rollouts, system enhancements, and platform migrations from discovery through go‑live and hypercare.
• Coordinate data migration, integration mapping, testing, and cut‑over activities.
• Create user guides and training materials to drive adoption of new tools and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering HRIS platforms in a global environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR, IT, and external vendors.
• Curiosity and grit to identify opportunities for change and drive technology road‑map initiatives.
