About the role
The Senior Housekeeping Manager will strategically direct, coordinate and oversee the immaculate presentation and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas at Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo Panama, ensuring the brand’s uncompromising standards of luxury and excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain superior standards of cleanliness, presentation and comfort in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Uphold and enforce service and quality standards defined in company procedural manuals.
- Inspire and lead the housekeeping team through Heartist trainings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Solid experience in team supervision and leadership within a luxury hotel environment.
- Advanced proficiency in hotel systems such as OPERA, POS and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- In‑depth knowledge of quality audit programs and guest experience management.
