Senior Account Manager – Enterprise Renewals & Expansions

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to own the revenue line for enterprise renewals and expansions. You will drive pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and margin‑safe deal execution across Fortune‑level accounts while leveraging GenAI tools to boost commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise renewal and expansion pipeline, ensuring forecast accuracy and on‑time deal closure.
• Lead executive‑level account reviews (QBRs) and manage escalations with strategic clarity.
• Structure, negotiate, and secure approval for multi‑year commercial proposals, SOWs, SLAs, and pricing.
• Coach and develop team members on pricing strategy, deal structuring, and negotiation tactics.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline integrity, and drive continuous improvement in sales operations and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Identify trends across accounts and translate insights into scalable commercial playbooks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with delivery, finance, legal, and customer success teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record closing seven‑figure enterprise deals and managing complex renewals.
• Strong ability to run tight forecasts and coach teams through high‑stakes negotiations.
• Experience turning at‑risk accounts into expansion opportunities.
• Comfortable operating within structured, high‑performance systems.
