Semi Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Semi Senior Project Manager to lead complex software development projects remotely. You will use your growing experience to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while coordinating diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end software development projects, guaranteeing quality and business requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, resources and timelines.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and cost, ensuring proper documentation.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members on best practices.
• Communicate project status and updates to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk and change management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software architecture.
• Experience in resource allocation, team management and project reporting.
• Advanced level of English.
