SAP MM Functional Analyst

About the role

Dollarcity is looking for an experienced SAP MM Functional Analyst to design, optimize, and support SAP MM and SD processes that drive replenishment, forecasting, purchasing, and master‑data operations across its multi‑country retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document end‑to‑end business requirements.
• Assess current applications and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and configure SAP MM and SD, including new transactions, tables, and jobs.
• Define and manage integrations with other SAP modules to ensure system stability.
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.
• Execute and document unit and user‑acceptance testing.
• Prepare training materials and support user adoption.
• Contribute to deployment strategies and provide post‑implementation support.
• Maintain vendor relationships and lead SAP‑related cybersecurity initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience implementing or supporting SAP MM/SD (CAR/FNR) in a retail environment.
• Proven experience with multi‑country operations and supply‑chain processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM and SD configuration and custom development.
