SAP EWM Functional Analyst

About the role

Dollarcity is looking for a hands‑on SAP EWM Functional Analyst to join a high‑impact regional team. You will design, implement, and optimise SAP Extended Warehouse Management processes that drive the efficiency of our distribution centres and retail supply chain across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP EWM implementations and enhancements, from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live support.
• Design, configure and optimise inbound/outbound flows, internal movements, handling unit (HU) management and RF transactions.
• Partner with ABAP developers and business leaders to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
• Standardise EWM configurations and best practices across multiple LATAM distribution centres.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations teams to align the system with business needs and performance KPIs.
• Lead UAT, documentation and training sessions to ensure strong adoption.
• Identify automation opportunities and use data‑driven insights to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Explore new SAP functionalities and technologies to enhance productivity and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP EWM experience, including full‑cycle project leadership.
• Deep understanding of EWM integration with MM, SD and TM modules.
• Knowledge of RF framework, HU management and custom developments in collaboration with ABAP.
• Experience in a retail environment with multi‑country operations is highly valued.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (essential).
• Relevant SAP certifications are desirable.
