Sales Representative – Healthcare Intake

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for families seeking home‑care services in the United States. This inbound/outbound sales role focuses on explaining our care programs, guiding families through enrollment, and ensuring a smooth hand‑off to the onboarding team.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive a high volume of calls with US families and referral sources.
• Qualify needs, explain program benefits, and answer questions honestly.
• Collect and verify personal, insurance and medical information accurately the first time.
• Enter all data into the EMR system and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Follow up on pending applications until they close or are clearly declined.
• Hand off enrolled clients to the onboarding team while protecting client confidentiality.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English proficiency (essential).
• At least 1 year of experience in a call‑center, customer‑service or sales role (3 years preferred).
• Comfortable handling objections, active listening and maintaining call quality.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Available to work on‑site in Panama City.
• Spanish, Medicaid waiver knowledge, or healthcare/social‑services experience are a plus but not required.
