Sales Director

About the role

As a Sales Director at Cloudbeds you will drive growth by targeting large independent hotels and hotel groups, leveraging your network and deep hospitality‑technology knowledge. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring new high‑value ARR customers and positioning Cloudbeds as the go‑to solution for independent hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute a sales strategy for independent hotels and groups, identifying revenue opportunities.
• Deliver on sales forecasts to meet ambitious ARR targets.
• Conduct virtual client presentations that clearly articulate Cloudbeds’ value proposition.
• Represent Cloudbeds at major industry events as a brand ambassador.
• Provide field feedback to sales leadership, product, and marketing teams.
• Cultivate strong post‑sale relationships that generate referrals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of top‑performing sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Deep understanding of the mid‑market hotel ecosystem and proven success selling to independent hotels and hotel groups.
• Expertise in hospitality technology and a passion for helping hotels thrive.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to build pipelines independently without BDR/SDR support.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and long‑term pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills, aligned with Cloudbeds’ core values.
