Sales Coordinator (Panama City)

About the role

EF Language Abroad is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to drive enrollment for its language programmes in Panama City. The role blends sales, customer service and cross‑cultural communication to help prospective learners select the right course.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities by contacting potential clients interested in language courses abroad.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Provide consultative selling, delivering personalized advice that matches language learning goals.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of course offerings, destinations and related services.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues and offering ongoing support.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to share best practices and deliver a consistent global experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators in a fast‑paced environment.
• Participate in events such as fairs, school presentations and university visits to generate leads and raise brand awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.
• Prior experience in a sales role, preferably in a fast‑moving environment; experience in education, travel or selling intangible services is a plus.
• Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• International experience (living, working or studying abroad) is preferred.
