Retail Operations Controller

About the role

HOLA MODA is seeking a Retail Operations Controller to act as a strategic partner for the business, driving commercial performance across its stores while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze commercial and financial indicators to identify improvement and growth opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and labor costs, proposing actions to boost profitability.
• Support store teams in efficient scheduling and workforce planning.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Merchandising, HR, and Finance to execute commercial strategy consistently.
• Visit stores to assess results, uncover opportunities, and provide training on control and management topics.
• Support initiatives related to product availability, inventory control, operational processes, and commercial efficiency.
• Contribute to talent development through coaching and training of store teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Business Analytics.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail, managing multiple business units, branches, or stores.
• Advanced proficiency in English (intermediate or higher) and willingness to travel frequently to stores.

• Power BI or Tableau (or similar data‑visualisation tools)
