About the role

Exeltis is seeking a Medical Representative to promote its pharmaceutical products across Panama. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians, pharmacies and health institutions to drive product awareness, prescription and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote assigned pharmaceutical products and therapeutic alternatives to doctors, pharmacies and health institutions within the designated territory.
• Provide up‑to‑date scientific information and respond to clinical queries.
• Execute commercial plans to generate demand, increase prescriptions and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain daily coverage by visiting physicians and pharmacies, and report field activities.
• Monitor product rotation, prescription trends and market feedback in the assigned zone.
• Manage promotional resources efficiently to maximize impact on sales and prescriptions.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy or Health Sciences (mandatory).
• Minimum three years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
• High sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the country.
