About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Medical Visitor) to promote ethical drug products across the Panama metropolitan area and central provinces. The role involves building relationships with physicians, private clinics and pharmacy chains, presenting our portfolio of controlled analgesics and gathering market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular medical visits to doctors, clinics and pharmacies in Panama City and surrounding provinces.
• Present product information, clinical data and promotional materials for ethical pharmaceuticals.
• Track and report sales performance, key performance indicators and competitor activity on a monthly basis.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, including managing a portfolio of controlled analgesics.
• Maintain accurate records in the Veeva CRM system and ensure compliance with strict European‑style regulations.

Required profile

• Graduated in a health‑related field (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Bioanalysis, Medicine, etc.).
• Valid Panamanian medical visit license and a personal vehicle.
• At least 5 years of experience in ethical medical sales, preferably in the private channel.
• Residency in Panama City with willingness to travel to central provinces.
• Current driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Veeva CRM (preferred).
