Remote WordPress Web Developer (Full‑time)

About the role

Mettano, a fast‑growing marketing agency for home‑service businesses, is looking for a full‑time WordPress Web Developer to shape the digital presence of its clients. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with the SEO and design teams to deliver fast, conversion‑focused websites.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive, conversion‑oriented websites using WordPress and Elementor, following design templates and SOPs.
• Handle site migrations, domain transfers, DNS configuration, email setup, SMTP troubleshooting, and integrations with CRMs and Zapier.
• Implement page‑speed optimizations such as image compression, lazy loading, caching, CDN setup, and core web vitals improvements.
• Maintain client sites with regular content updates, layout changes, plugin updates, and minor bug fixes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in WordPress web development.
• Proficient in UI design and able to work with design specifications.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Fully fluent English and able to overlap at least 5 hours daily with EST.
