Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

PictorCorp is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing U.S. sales team remotely. You will focus on outbound cold‑calling, qualifying prospects, and scheduling qualified Zoom appointments for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and introduce PictorCorp services professionally.
• Qualify prospects, identify business opportunities, and schedule Zoom appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up on activities.
• Achieve daily and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Build positive relationships with prospective clients.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or B2B sales.
• Excellent spoken English with strong communication and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, confident, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliable remote work setup including a computer, high‑speed internet, noise‑cancelling headset, and a quiet home office.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (a plus).
