Remote Project Manager (Tech Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from large enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress, providing direction to team members.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among teams and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to secure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Support the implementation of technology initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
