Regional Recruiter – Baseball (Remote, Full‑Time)

About the role

EDUPOR SRL is looking for a Remote Regional Recruiter specialized in baseball to identify, evaluate, and connect young athletes with high‑level academic and sporting opportunities. The role is full‑time and focuses on building a pipeline of talent across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from scouting and screening baseball players to conducting initial evaluations and interviews with athletes and families.
• Collaborate with technical and academic teams to define ideal candidate profiles, regional needs, and hiring timelines.
• Actively participate in showcases, regional tournaments, academy partnerships, community programs, and digital talent‑acquisition campaigns.
• Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS, track progress, and produce regular metric reports.
• Develop and nurture relationships with leagues, coaches, and educational programs in each region.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of baseball development pathways, youth talent assessment, and regional tournament structures.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably using ATS or talent databases.
• Strong interview skills, empathy for athletes and families, and clear communication with internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines and generate clear performance reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Physical Education, Sports Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English is a plus.
