Regional Creative Manager – LATAM

About the role

The Regional Creative Manager – LATAM will lead the creative strategy and development of media‑focused content across Latin American markets. You will ensure that all creative assets are high‑performing, brand‑consistent, and optimized for each media environment while collaborating closely with media, marketing, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional creative strategies aligned with media plans, campaign objectives, brand priorities, and business KPIs.
• Partner with media and marketing teams to integrate creative and media strategies.
• Lead the adaptation and optimization of creative assets for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, OOH, and streaming services (Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, HBO).
• Maintain consistency with global brand guidelines while tailoring content to local cultural nuances.
• Evaluate creative performance against campaign KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies and production partners, providing clear direction and feedback.
