Regional Client Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Client Program Manager who will own the operational strategy for one of our global key customers. The role translates customer commitments into execution across Ocean and Logistics, driving improvements, efficiencies and new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the global customer relationship, ensuring satisfaction and business retention.
• Lead the delivery of service performance, monitor KPIs, and resolve operational escalations.
• Identify customer pain points, design initiatives, and implement new or additional business, including EDI and automation.
• Develop joint strategic and IT road‑maps, contingency plans and digital transformation projects.
• Manage financial measures, gain‑sharing agreements and compliance reporting.

Required profile

• Leadership experience in foreign trade (sales, operations, key‑account management or projects) with a strong focus on continuous improvement and metric‑driven supply‑chain optimisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Finance or a related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green/Black Belt) or project‑management certification.
