Recruiter – Central America

About the role

WTW is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across Central America, covering Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. You will support both early‑career and experienced hires while contributing to broader Latin America recruitment needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle recruiting process for assigned openings.
• Build collaborative relationships with business leaders, HR partners and global recruitment teams.
• Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies, emphasizing direct sourcing and inclusive talent pools.
• Lead recruitment transformation initiatives and implement best‑practice processes for the region.
• Ensure recruitment technology is fit‑for‑purpose and supports efficient talent acquisition.
• Create and maintain hiring analytics to measure effectiveness and guide sourcing decisions.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process and handle professional exits when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, with proven regional recruitment in Central America.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast‑changing, matrix environments.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances across Central American markets.
• Enthusiastic collaborator who drives continuous improvement of talent strategies.
