Real Estate Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Real Estate Maintenance Coordinator to support tenants, vendors and business owners remotely. You will communicate via email, text and phone, keep project dashboards up‑to‑date and ensure repairs are tracked efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead maintenance projects from initiation to completion, solving issues independently and proposing improvements.
• Create and maintain project dashboards in Google Sheets, ClickUp or similar tools.
• Coordinate work orders between vendors and tenants, updating status in property‑management software.
• Respond to all email and portal requests within 24 hours and keep clear communication records.
• Learn and adopt new technology platforms quickly, providing proactive problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing experience with strong multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Reliable computer, high‑speed internet and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using Google Meet, email and virtual messaging platforms.

Required skills

• Full proficiency with AppFolio; familiarity with Buildium is helpful.
• Experience with project‑management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com or Microsoft Project.
• Advanced use of Google Sheets for dashboard creation.
• Ability to update and track repairs in property‑management software.
