Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the on‑site quality management program for dam and water construction projects in Panama City. The role will ensure that all construction activities meet design specifications, industry standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer the overall on‑site Quality Management program for a range of dam construction activities.
• Organise and direct construction Quality Control inspections across single or multiple disciplines within water projects.
• Act as the primary contact for inspectors and manage day‑to‑day quality inspection functions on the jobsite.
• Coordinate with client resident representatives to align on‑site activities with project requirements.
• Verify that construction installations comply with design specifications and industry quality standards.
• Provide guidance and positive direction to the quality staff and interface with project teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction quality assurance, preferably on dam or water infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to lead and coordinate quality inspection teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and project stakeholders.
