QA Specialist

About the role

Langan is seeking a QA Specialist to ensure that its products, systems, and processes meet defined quality standards. The role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying issues, and driving continuous improvement across software, hardware, and production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and/or automated testing on software, hardware, or production processes.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and quality issues.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO or FDA.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed, actionable reports.
• Support validation, audits, and regulatory‑compliance activities.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
