About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Promoters to work in our retail locations. In this role you will engage directly with customers, showcase our products, and help them understand the benefits of our brand.
Key responsibilities
- Perform live product demonstrations inside the store to educate shoppers.
- Stimulate interest, answer questions and advise customers on product features and services.
- Close sales, process orders and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Monitor product placement, display conditions and stock levels.
- Distribute samples, promotional materials and catalogs.
- Provide customer service support related to the brand’s products.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales promotion or retail sales.
- Experience in direct customer service.
