Project Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join its remote team serving clients across Latin America. You will lead Agile projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery of high‑quality software solutions that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules aligned with business strategy.
• Assign and manage resources to meet project milestones.
• Track, document, and report all project aspects, including scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Define project budgets, monitor expenditures, and adjust plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate quality metrics and progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate resources and budgets.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
