Project Manager

About the role

Stefanini is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in Panama City. The role involves overseeing planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and team coordination using industry‑standard tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Assign daily tasks and manage workflows using Asana, Monday.com, Jira or Trello.
• Control budgets, purchase approvals and cost tracking through SAP (PS/FI) or Oracle.
• Create advanced Excel macros, pivot tables and custom financial dashboards.
• Design KPI dashboards with Power BI or Tableau for senior management.
• Maintain centralized documentation in SharePoint or Confluence.
• Produce weekly executive progress reports.
• Identify bottlenecks, develop contingency plans and mitigate risks.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and negotiate with clients, contractors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing projects or sub‑projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules and vendors.
• Leadership and negotiation skills for face‑to‑face team and stakeholder interactions.
• Proficiency in both predictive (Waterfall) and agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
• Strong risk‑mitigation and assertive communication for executive reporting.
