Project Manager, AI-DNA

About the role

We are looking for a forward‑thinking Project Manager to lead IT initiatives powered by generative AI. You will combine classic project management discipline with AI‑augmented planning, risk prediction and automated reporting to deliver projects on time, on budget and with high stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent IT projects, from initiation to closure.
• Build and maintain AI‑enhanced project plans, schedules and resource allocations using JIRA and/or Smartsheet.
• Generate weekly predictive risk and status reports with AI‑driven insights and present them to leadership.
• Design, pilot and scale new AI‑integrated project management processes that improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage budgets, track burn rates and forecast costs with data‑driven precision.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and resolve escalations within SLA.

Required profile

• Active PMP certification in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering IT projects.
• Proven ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflow.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
