Product Manager - Oncology

About the role

The Product Manager (Oncology) will develop and execute the strategic and tactical plans for the Oncology portfolio across the Central America & Caribbean (CenCa) cluster. The role drives sustainable business growth, accelerates patient access to innovative therapies and ensures strong brand performance through cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Oncology portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives and patient needs in the CenCa region.
• Lead annual brand planning, tactical execution and budget management to drive sales growth and market share.
• Identify market opportunities, customer insights and competitive trends to optimize portfolio performance.
• Drive launch readiness and commercialization of new products, indications and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales to deliver integrated business plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and scientific societies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of pharmaceutical experience, including at least three years in product or brand management.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, immunology or other innovative therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record in brand strategy development, product launches and commercial execution.
• Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, financial planning and KPI‑driven decision making.
• Advanced English and willingness to travel across the CenCa region.
