Product Management Manager – Visual Display

About the role

Samsung Electronics is seeking a Product Management Manager for its Visual Display division in Panama City. The role will drive product strategy, lifecycle management and market expansion for visual display products, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify product opportunities.
• Define product vision, positioning and a multi‑year roadmap.
• Develop business cases with market sizing, revenue forecasts and cost‑benefit analysis and obtain executive approval.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including design, engineering, marketing, supply‑chain and finance—to deliver features on time and within budget.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market launches, pricing, channel strategy and post‑launch performance tracking.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, NPS and market share, conduct post‑mortems and iterate product features.
• Gather voice‑of‑customer insights and collaborate with ecosystem partners to enhance product value.
• Mentor junior product owners and contribute to best‑practice knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of product management experience in consumer electronics or high‑tech industry, with a proven record of delivering products from concept to market.
• Experience in visual display or TV products is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority and influence senior executives.
