Procurement Project Specialist

About the role

As a Procurement Project Specialist you will lead strategic procurement initiatives that drive performance, efficiency and sustainable value across Nestlé’s global categories. Working from our Panama hub, you will collaborate with category leaders, procurement managers and senior stakeholders in Switzerland, Malaysia and Panama.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic procurement projects that generate measurable value.
• Manage project governance, timelines and deliverables to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Develop data‑driven insights to identify opportunities for sustainability, cost efficiency and supply assurance.
• Partner with category teams to shape sourcing strategies that support business priorities.
• Provide clear project updates to senior stakeholders to enable faster decisions.
• Strengthen collaboration across global hubs to accelerate delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, business analytics, consulting or project management.
• Strong structured project‑management skills with the ability to define priorities and manage timelines.
• Ability to turn data into practical recommendations and business impact.
• Confident collaboration with diverse stakeholders across cultures.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrates courage, collaboration, speed and a learning mindset.
