Powerpoint Specialist - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a remote PowerPoint Specialist to work on contract basis, helping our team create and refine complex business presentations, reports and documents. The role involves collaborating with an advanced language model to generate, edit and evaluate Office Open XML files, primarily .pptx, in realistic Fortune‑500 scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute realistic business tasks using PowerPoint, Excel and Word, simulating Fortune‑500 environments.
• Collaborate with a large language model to discuss, edit and create .pptx files.
• Assess two LLM‑generated deliverables per turn and select the most accurate result.
• Create detailed prompts and multi‑hour tasks that would normally require extensive business expertise.
• Conduct structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve AI handling of real‑world business documents.
• Support cross‑functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing and proposing across various industries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience on complex projects for Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Strong background in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology or retail and exposure to strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance or HR functions.
• Proven ability to craft realistic business scenarios and executive‑level presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience working with AI or large language models is highly desirable.
