About the role
APM Terminals, a global leader in port and terminal operations and part of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, is looking for a People Operations Associate in Panama City. The role supports the Human Resources department by handling employee HR inquiries, keeping HR records up to date and helping colleagues with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Address HR-related inquiries from employees and make sure their interactions with the Human Resources department are positive.
- Prepare and maintain HR records and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to global and local processes and regulations.
- Support other HR colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork.
- Attention to detail.
- Continuous improvement and process-driven mindset; Lean is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
