Pasantía - Demand Planning

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Demand Planning team in Panama City. The role supports inventory control, planning and supply‑chain optimisation, helping ensure products are available when needed. You will work closely with experienced planners to develop forecasting skills and gain practical exposure to supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in forecasting product demand using historical sales data and market trends.
• Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to analyse data and identify patterns.
• Support the preparation of reports that ensure timely product availability.
• Monitor demand plan accuracy and suggest adjustments as needed.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align forecasts with sales and operations.

Required profile

• Strong interest in inventory control, planning and supply‑chain processes.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Currently enrolled in a degree related to Business, Economics, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
