Outreach Analyst (SDR) – Hybrid – Panama City

About the role

We are seeking an Outreach Analyst (SDR) to join our team in Panama City on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities for our Digital Strategy team and supporting clients with strong digital presence to achieve their revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and conduct meetings between Digital Strategists and potential clients.
• Maintain and update segmented prospecting lists by industry.
• Attend networking events to generate leads and obtain referrals.
• Create industry‑specific spreadsheets and track key market players.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, natural curiosity and a passion for helping people.
• Proactive attitude in making calls and seeking new opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in advanced English.
• Problem‑solving mindset to align services with client needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Knowledge of the SPIN sales methodology.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO and PPC.
