Outbound Sales Representative – Immediate Start

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new outbound sales team and need motivated representatives to start immediately. You will join the project from day one, receive hands‑on training and help shape the sales process as the team grows.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Build rapport and create engaging conversations.
• Clearly communicate the company’s services and value proposition.
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward.
• Identify qualified opportunities and schedule meetings.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in outbound sales, inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with new prospects over the phone.
• Strong objection‑handling and relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, energetic, and motivated by sales targets.
• Coachable, dependable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
