Outbound Sales Representative – B2B (Remote, Panama)

About the role

National Search Group is looking for an experienced outbound sales professional to generate new business opportunities with U.S. owners, CEOs, operations leaders, and HR executives. This fully remote position serves clients across the United States while being based in Panama or other Latin‑American remote hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct focused outbound prospecting during U.S. business hours via cold calls, personalized emails, and approved social outreach.
• Engage executives to uncover hiring needs and qualify leads for the firm’s executive search services.
• Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline updates in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on targeting, messaging, call reviews, and sales strategy.
• Achieve weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales or business development, preferably in recruitment or professional services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility with senior executives.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently from a dedicated home office.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, backup power, and secondary internet connection to ensure uninterrupted client engagement.
