Order Management Analyst

About the role

The Order Management Analyst ensures seamless execution of the order‑to‑delivery process, acting as the primary liaison between customer service, supply planning, and logistics. The role focuses on improving client satisfaction and internal efficiency within the distribution chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer order processing, including entry, validation, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Confirm product availability, pricing, and lead times while monitoring open orders for risks.
• Serve as the main point of contact between operations and sales.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, returns, and complaints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Track and analyze order performance data, producing weekly/monthly reports.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, sales, finance, and planning teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply planning.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
